Our Goal
1. Reduce Maternal Mortality
CSMI aims to significantly reduce the number of maternal deaths in underserved and rural areas by improving access to quality maternal healthcare, ensuring safe delivery, and addressing complications related to pregnancy and childbirth.
2. Improve Access to Skilled Healthcare
One of CSMI’s primary goals is to ensure that pregnant women in remote and underserved areas have access to skilled healthcare professionals, including doctors, midwives, and nurses, for safe and healthy childbirth.
3. Promote Safe Delivery Practices
CSMI strives to promote safe delivery by providing well-equipped healthcare facilities and trained personnel to assist during childbirth, reducing the risks associated with home births and poorly equipped clinics.
4. Enhance Maternal Health Awareness
Through educational programs, CSMI aims to raise awareness about the importance of prenatal and postnatal care, nutrition, family planning, and early detection of complications, empowering women to make informed decisions about their health.
5. Strengthen Healthcare Infrastructure
CSMI is committed to building and improving healthcare facilities, particularly maternal wards in rural areas, to ensure that women have access to the necessary infrastructure for safe pregnancies and deliveries.
6. Support Newborn Health and Survival
In addition to caring for mothers, SMI focuses on improving newborn care, reducing infant mortality rates, and ensuring that newborns receive essential postnatal care and immunization.
7. Build Partnerships and Collaborations
CSMI seeks to foster partnerships with governments, NGOs, healthcare organizations, and communities to create a collaborative effort in addressing maternal health challenges and achieving long-term sustainability.
8. Advocate for Policy Changes
SMI aims to influence public health policies and advocate for improvements in maternal and child healthcare, particularly in underserved regions, ensuring that maternal health becomes a priority at local, state, and national levels.
